1 of the 3 different types of hops we use in our Flagship IPA is the infamous Australia import, Galaxy. It has 1 of the highest %'s of essential oils known, making its fruity aroma so pronounced. Its 1 of the reasons our Flagship IPA is so hazy & juicy!
