Brooklyn Dark Matter: brown ale aged in Woodford Reserve Barrels. Vanilla beans and saffron. Dry and tart, not sour. Smoooooove.

Brooklyn East India Pale Ale on cask: smells like armpit. Tastes like liquid Indian Summer sunrise.

'T Gaverhopke Extra Belgian Quadrupel: The. Seriously. Fucking. Best. Quad. Ever. Never cloying, perfectly sweet & sour. Also: sneaky 12%ABV
