A Savannah police officer gave her Flock login to her husband.
Her husband is an ICE agent.
He ran 983 license plate searches.
Across six states.
788 were in South Carolina.
Mostly looking for cars registered to Hispanic owners.
An investigator asked her: "Did you run these searches?"
She said no.
Then admitted it was her husband.
Her husband said: "Every name that I ever ran was an ICE target."
Translation: I was using the police department's surveillance system to hunt people.
She got fired. Along with five other Savannah PD employees.
All for Flock misuse.
ICE is investigating its own agent.
Which means nothing will happen to him.
Georgia law apparently lets Savannah police share plate data with ICE.
But Savannah never agreed to that.
So she just decided it was fine.
Gave him the password.
He turned it into a deportation tool.
Now there's a paper trail showing Flock was used to target Hispanic drivers across state lines.
Using a police officer's credentials.
With her knowledge.
The surveillance network designed to catch criminals became a hunting tool for immigration enforcement.

Two men drugged two college women with fentanyl, raped one of them while she was actively dying of an overdose, photographed both of them and sent the pictures to his friends, and waited 40 minutes to alert campus security that both women were passed out. One of the women died. The men are Moises Freire (19) and Brian Peralta Cabrera (18). And I am so fucking tired of this shit!! This is defective behavior!

Latest: Zelenskyy tells reporters over WhatsApp that restrictions on Ukraine's Starlink systems remain. Interceptor drones can't function, logistics and operations hobbled. The maximum speed is 161 kph; "exceeding this limit causes the Starlink connection to cut out completely, resulting in the loss of the drone."
He says Ukraine has done tests to determine whether SpaceX is truly facing technical issues, as has been told Kyiv by the US side, or if this is a "deliberate operation... to restrict us, cut us off, and prevent us from defending ourselves and protecting our people, both at the front and among the civilian population."
He says Ukraine "sent a couple of vehicles equipped with Starlink terminals into European Union territory."
"They moved at speeds exceeding 180kph, and the Starlink systems worked perfectly. We have the relevant logs and evidence to prove this."
He adds: "The conclusion is clear: the restrictions are in effect within Ukraine but do not apply within the European Union. In other words, this is a planned operation."

Back in the olive fields today, this time in Jalud. Settlers attacked multiple times as soldiers sat by and watched. When I approached soldiers and shouted at them to stop an attack that was unfolding in front of their eyes, they tear-gassed me.

Every time I feel creeping burn out due to the environment of pervasive misogyny and endless news of sexual assault & domestic violence, I open my messages to find a note from an online stranger or acquaintance who is a survivor.
