Why does Boots fail so hard at searches (and eComm in general)? I search for "Nail polish set" it returns a search failure. I start typing "Nail Polish" in the search box, it recommends a search for Nail Polish Set" 馃く You've got to have a good search on a site with so many SKUs

Having to rewatch use research videos and realising how much I struggle to maintain eye contact. I wonder if I do this IRL as much as I do on video... I'm diagnosed dyspraxic but that doesn't seem to be one of the symptoms

Every single call we have to tell someone they're on mute. It just isn't that obvious (especially when the attendees are down the side, so you're at the bottom)

I really hate the UI for gifs since WhatsApp moved it! Always typing in the wrong text input and posting the gif as well as the search term. Am I just old and hate change?
