I'm confused (h/t to @H_Schoenbaum on the article) about Commissioner Causey's stance on this Blue Cross #NCGA bill. If Blue Cross is a fully taxed non-profit, how is asking for regulatory relief about corporate greed? The Commissioner is telling legislators to oppose reg reform.
