Just signed up to @edfenergy as they seemed to have the best customer ratings however called them up to amend a mistake that a sales person made, only to be on hold for just under 2 hours and then be cut off. Whatsapp and text routes also go unanswered. Is this usual for EDF?

Not to wade in on the Depp vs Heard case, but I keep seeing the “listen to male victims” and “justice for men” tags. Please note that very few victims of DV get taken seriously, and abusers rarely get held accountable, no matter the gender. The whole issue needs addressing
