Really excited about this game, even more that I called a handful of wild predictions, like the hurricanes and the multiplayer plans.
Will wait til it's on PC, but gonna enjoy the gameplay people upload once its out.
Thank you guys for letting me be myself. ❤️ This was a lot of fun.

We sat down with @nhamaguc at TGS 2026 to talk about Final Fantasy VII Revelation, what the team learned from Rebirth, player feedback, minigames, story direction, and the move to multiplatform development. @finalfantasyvii

Waifu Tactical Force stands out in a crowded field, not just by aesthetics, but the unique philosophy of its creator. Devkit runs NixOS, supports SKG fully, and wants the give the game replay data back to players like Counter-Strike does.
A premium proposition, & an upfront game.
Extremely Normal's @WaifuWTF is a 3v3 movement shooter with an anime aesthetic and mechs. But it's not planning on taking the "hero shooter" approach of piecemeal DLC and aggressive monetization that others have tried, to great peril.
At #gamescom2026, we got to talk to the creator of WTF - Waifu Tactical Force (Evan) and learn more about the aesthetic, the lore and design philosophy, as well as his personal long-term vision for the game as it advances toward a release next year.
I'll be making a guest appearance on the @VideoDitchPod soon, watch and witness an absolutely fantastic hour of shooting the breeze with hosts nick and sam
Thank you for the recommendation @akaButtons. It was excellent milk!
And to Nicholas Alexander, a toast. Enjoy your DOTA!
Update: It's happening. Two panels this time, one is a regular one discussing online projects and how to keep 'em going, another is a MAGES panel on how to run an award show that is fan-voted.
The road's been tough, but we haven't applied because it's easy, but because it's hard
For those not in the know, a panel on award shows + running a community project for 15 years at MAGFest is still the game plan for 2027, and every year after, until we get one and it's so terrible we collectively agree never to do another 😂
Year 6 baby, yeah 🎶
For several years now, we've been trying to get a panel at @MAGFest so our team can share the science of, and demystify perceptions about, award shows.
On behalf of our team, and our competitors, I'll keep trying. While the topic is fairly niche, there is still a lot to share.
Am a first time visitor too, really enjoyed this. Exhibitors have tout-like energy. Some really great, novel design philosophies and aesthetics we don't see in Western games. OTOH, bring a translator if you don't know Japanese, the conversations will be short otherwise.

Few people I know grind as hard as Azario and his team, really looking forward to this.
