Someone tried to scam me this week. Here's what they did and this is how you can avoid jeopardizing your entire project 👇 First off, as with most scammers, they pretended they were my friend. They slid into my DMs, offered to help, and played the good guy card. In fact, we even got on a phone call, had a conversation, and they offered to help fix our platform. So they asked me to send my code to them. No keys, no risk, just purely for the good of the community. Sounds great, right? Well, my mom told me to be weary of random internet strangers. And this guy just kept asking for the code and pushing and pushing. Something just didn't sit right with me, and I've worked too damn hard to put my project at risk. So I didn't send anything, and I kindly let him know that I didn't want to put our project at risk. Of course, he guilt-tripped me about it, but thank God I made that decision. Within 24 hours, I got a message from him: a .txt file. I copied the text and sent it over to my dev to look at. Fun fact, he didn't mean to send me the file. So I asked him about it and he said, "Delete that. It's just for order flow." Yeah... sure buddy... We looked through what he was working on. It had notthing to do with order flow. Only to find out that this guy was maliciously trying to attack our system and extract liquidity from our users. So I called him out on his BS. He then tried to gaslight me and say that I'd misunderstood and that he was just trying to defend against these types of bad actors on my behalf. Yeah... sure, buddy. He got caught in one lie and tried to cover it up with ten more lies. Once a liar, always a liar. So here's the moral of the story: I know Web3 moves very fast. Trust me, I've been under more pressure in the last 10 days than I have in the last 10 years. And it's so tempting to go for the quick fix. But the lord only know what this guy would have done if I was stupid enough to share my code with him. However when you have real people's money on the line, you can't make rash decisions. This is a warning to everybody: beware of who you trust, keep your circles tight, and don't let anyone ruin what you've worked so hard to build.

Are Cardano CNTs dead? About six months ago, I asked myself this question. I was looking through my portfolio on the heels of @TapTools going under, only to find my whole portfolio underwater. In fact, some of my positions were worth less than the ADA fees 🤣 I went searching to figure out who was still active. Of course, $SNEK was still around, and their chat was buzzing. But everywhere else I went seemed like a ghost town. Then something caught my eye. I actually remember being on the phone with @cryptodramz, and I asked him... What's going on with $COCK? It looks like they're still cookin. And their chat is going off. Don't they know CNTs are dead? So I did what any degen would do and bought a little bag. And now I regret it... Because I should have bought more!!! You see, when we get back into the bull run, you're going to hear all the old names and a bunch of new ones come around. Everybody's going to talk about how they've been around and blah blah. But I was watching when everybody was asleep. These mfers at $COCK stay hard. Bear market? Bull market? It doesn't matter. They stay cookin' And that's the type of community we need on Cardano. Because tough times don't last but tough people do.

8 days. 600 users. 5,000,000 ADA in volume. Please tell me again how meme coins bring nothing to Cardano? People ask why I keep promoting more meme coin launches. Because I'm a capitalist. And I believe incentives drive innovation. Here's what people don't understand... Meme coins are all fun and games until they're not. Yes, most meme coins are different iterations of fart jokes. But every now and then, one comes along that completely changes the game. Memes are part of the fabric of our society. They bring people together. And sometimes those people build something bigger than the joke. Look at $SOLADA. 8 days ago, we launched on @snekfun most people looked at it, thought we were a joke. 600 users, 52,000 ADA in rewards and 5,000,000 ADA in volume later, look at what's happening. People are launching. Creators are building. And from Solada came a project like @bolthestriker. A copy trading platform integrated with $STRIKE . REAL LIFE UTILITY. Within days, it reached a 500k market cap and is probably heading for millions. This is the type of innovation I'm talking about. One creator building something that gives another creator the opportunity to build. And this is why I'm going to keep advocating for more. Does every meme coin turn into something useful? No, of course not. But every now and then, someone comes along and makes you rethink what's possible. I'm a builder at heart, and I want to enable other builders. The bigger our ecosystem, the more builders we will attract. More ideas. More experiments. More chances for someone to build something that distrupts the space as we know it. Ultimately, that's what I'm here for. We keep saying we want people to build on Cardano. Well the time is now!
