Elle Harris, 20, daughter of Morgan Harris who was slain by Winnipeg serial killer Jeremy Skibicki in 2022. Elle is preparing to be on site when the search for the remains of her mother begins on December 2. Choking up, Elle said “When she went missing, I I didn’t want to believe it. I still don’t. I still think I’m going to see her walking down Main Street. And surprisingly there’s a lot of people (there) that look like her.”
She plans to dedicate her life to helping people in need.
“I’d rather be out here doing the work that all these other people are supposed to be doing.”
