While we're sad to say goodbye, we also want to congratulate @beachblanketsf on their amazing 45 year run! They've entertained over 6.5 million guests during that time, earning them a Legacy Ebbies Award in November. Their final performance is tomorrow night.

Very sad. What a run @BeachBlanketSF, you were the heart of this city for soo long. An amazing run. You will be missed.
Why is #BeachBlanketBabylon coming to an end after all these years?
Maybe the show, for all its fun and talent, was fusty. Maybe Millennials didn’t attend enough. Or maybe it just reached its logical conclusion, writes @lilyjaniak. trib.al/XHPfVGS
