Currently the UK has the most tree cover at any point in the last 100 years, nature is being celebrated for its role in improving mental health & 1000s of people are planting trees in their communities. And yet, our landscape is in freefall. So what wrong? bit.ly/3yVtaWK

We are visually fluent in the patterns of the natural world. Because we evolved in the scenery of the natural world, we can process its patterns easily. And it is this fluency that relaxes us. #nature #Wellbeing #powerofnature
