Saudi Arabia has announced plans for Epicon: a new “mirage” rising from the desert on the Gulf of Aqaba, centred around a 275-metre skyscraper.
Forming part of NEOM, Epicon will consist of a 55-room “ultra-luxury” hotel tower, a 120-room resort and 45 residential beach villas.
