My advice to young men is move to another country like Japan, South Korea, Latvia, El Salvador…..pretty much anywhere that women have not been brainwashed into what most American women have become

A lot
Of truth to this
You can give a woman ten years,
and she can replace you in ten minutes.
Women do not invest in men.
Men invest in women.
She’ll sleep with a man who barely texts back,
then leave the man who would die for her.
Your loyalty does not create desire.
Your sacrifices do not collect interest.
And the ten years you gave her cannot purchase the eleventh.
There is no loyalty equity with women.
The moment her feelings change
your entire investment goes to zero overnight.

Divorce is one of the strangest things human beings go through.
Imagine spending 20+ years with someone. Sharing a bed, a home, a bank account, inside jokes, routines, dreams, and disappointments.
You raise children together. Survive sleepless newborn nights. Navigate miscarriages, illnesses, financial stress, career changes, and family drama. You bury parents and grandparents. Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, Christmases, and milestones side by side.
You move houses. Build friendships. Take vacations. Make thousands of tiny decisions together that slowly become a life.
That person knows your history, your habits, your fears, and the version of you that existed decades ago.
Then one day, it's over.
No more good morning texts. No more shared plans. No more "we."
The person who was once your closest companion becomes a stranger you're expected to move on from.
It's strange how someone can be woven into nearly every memory of your adult life, and then suddenly exist only as a chapter of it.
Human relationships are far more fragile—and far more remarkable—than most of us realize.
It’s not that women wear makeup….its that most wear way too much and we’d prefer natural over that for sure.

35% of women say they dated a psychopath.
42% say they dated a sociopath.
55% say they dated a narcissist.
But statistically...
1.5% of men are psychopaths.
4% are sociopaths.
6% are narcissists.
So either women are the unluckiest creatures alive...
Or they keep mistaking "a man with boundaries" for a villian.
I’m sorry….focus on coaching. This stuff might make for good sound bites and talk radio….that’s it
"I made a long list of things that, you know, why have we not done well at home... I met with gameday parking to talk about, like, how do we get people in the gates faster, and people said we've never had a head coach do that."
I know this is three minutes, but it is a good listen. Arkansas head coach Ryan Silverfield talking about improving the gameday experience and why he wanted to do that.
Good stuff from the Hogs' head coach. #WPS #Arkansas
Definitely not difficult to keep a man happy. However, Most women secretly (and some openly) despise men in today’s world. I’m glad my son found a good woman and that my daughter doesn’t show the insanity most women her age do.
Men aren't complicated.
Have sex with your husbands (don't starfish it).
Tell them you appreciate and respect them.
Don't kill their kids.
*Bonus if you can cook, but they'll let that slide if the above is satisfied. They're addicted to the Food Network anyway and want to show you what they learned!
Thanks for coming to my TED Talk!
This goes both ways
i told my man straight up… "one day i’m gonna get tired of asking you for the same sht over and over." and this man looked me dead in my face and said, "then leave, nobody is asking you to stay." and that’s when it clicked… sometimes a man understands exactly what you’re asking for, he just doesn’t care enough to give it to you. women will spend years over explaining the same hurt thinking eventually he’ll get it, whole time he heard you the first time. eventually you got to stop begging somebody to treat you right and start asking yourself why you’re fighting so hard to stay somewhere you’re clearly not valued. 💔
Been saying this for the past year. With population not being replaced, immigration being stalled, and boomers passing away….the housing supply is going to increase and demand is going to drop. Prices will follow
A major housing headwind is about to hit.
And that's the Baby Boomer exodus from the U.S. Housing Market.
In the next decade, the share of U.S. population above 75 will skyrocket.
Meaning Baby Boomer owners who fueled the housing market over the last 20 years will turn into sellers they age out.
And Gen X, the next generation in line to buy up those homes, won't be able to absorb it. As they are 20% smaller in population than the Baby Boomers.
The result is that by 2037, there will be more 75+ aged Americans than 55-64 aged Americans. Which will be a first in modern U.S. History.
This will lead to lower homebuyer demand, more supply, and lower prices in retirement destinations.
Especially across Florida and Arizona.
