My book: Digital Records, Heritage Conservation and Post-earthquake Re-construction in Chile is out!
This book challenges current built heritage reconstruction processes, mainly in Chile, by critically examining the implications of digital records in architectural conservation.
Towards accessibility of knowledge, I donated hard copies of my book to these libraries:
UK:
1. @UniofNottingham
2. @BartlettSchool of Architecture, @ucl
3. Embassy of Chile (London)

ALT A branded banner with Dr Devilat's headshot. The banner has the texts: Our sustainable reconstruction framework for earthquake-affected heritage areas in Gujarat offers a fast, affordable, and scalable solution to break the cycle of heritage loss. Using advanced digital tools, it enables rapid seismic risk assessment, prioritising repair over replacement. Through strategic partnerships between NGOs, academia, and government, this approach strengthens local capacity and has the potential for global application in seismic-prone heritage settlements.

Beautiful #northernlights in #Nottingham! There is nothing like seeing them with the naked eye if you find a spot with low light pollution. Tonight they are absolutely brilliant, go out now if you can, they will last a couple more hours! – at West Bridgford, England
