Wemby putting up a hyper-efficient 31 points per 36 minutes while still being a lousy iso scorer and below average from 3 is a harbinger of doom...for everyone else
Feel like because he was almost immediately probably the best defender ever & because we don't associate more offense-y qualities like finesse and precision with a guy of such uncanny size+proportions we don't talk enough about Wemby being at worst the like 10-12th best off. guy

imagine this on the back pocket of stonewashed denim jeans
Okay fine Mexico City/Seattle and Vegas are new NBA teams. MIA/CHA/MEM/TOR delivered legendary designs and logos. Hopefully, we'll get something great other than a watered-down player pool to increase the profit margins and evaluations for owners.

Say what you want about the 3-point revolution, gather-step goblins, and possessionmaxxers, but there's always going to be a place in the NBA for undersized energy guys like Jabari Walker or Bill Russell

So LeBron and Brooks are rivals but both endorse the same gambling company and there's a "King Blocker 9000" product that does or doesn't exist. I love the game within the game
Dillon Brooks has a billboard in NYC trolling LeBron before he makes his 76ers debut tonight in MSG

Many old school players would seamlessly translate in today's NBA. For example, Bill Russell would be a star in the mold of Dominick Barlow

On latest @CookiesHoops we're on Billy Jones Way, heading to Socceria to watch the Knicks vs Sixers season opener, bemoaning the Vanderbiltization of NYC, and considering an NBA team in Mexico City

For our subs! Banner party at Socceria, (performative) Drake listening parties, fashion ball-hogs, true wealth fits, ranking 40s, the Scourge of Bodegas, robot vs bartender, how to truly enjoy an NBA chip, negative-stepping and Mexico City as hoops leverage??? @CookiesHoops

Just in: Sacramento Kings guard Ben Simmons is believed to have sustained a torn Achilles tendon at practice Sunday, sources tell ESPN. A suspected season-ending injury for Simmons after rejuvenated and impressive training camp and preseason performances.
