Very proud of my wonderful wife for being chosen the Touchdown for Teachers award winner. I know I’m biased but no one deserves (and hates) the recognition more. She has inspired me through the years to be better at what I do and I know she has inspired countless students. 👏👏

Simple recipe for happiness: 1. Give more and don't keep score. 2. Use your gifts for a bigger purpose. 3. Love, laugh and forgive.

Last week @CLManzitto and I were guests in Mrs. Wismer’s (@meganwismer) edition of Chopped: taste testing salad dressing recipes. Our Wheeler 5th grade chefs did not disappoint! Really cool. @eykramer1

LEADERS!! When we let THE TOUGH THINGS that happened yesterday preclude us from seeing THE GREAT THINGS that happen today we get FURTHER from the REASON WE LOVE THE JOB and CLOSER to the REASON WE DON’T. #LeadFromWhereYouAre #1minwalk2work #ImpactTheNarrative #HackingLeadership

If a student is struggling academically, there is understanding that it will take time for proficiency. If a student is struggling behaviorally, there is often an expectation of immediate proficiency. It takes time to master any skill. ⏰ Be patient & believe in them.

A tad late on this, but last week coach Brummer hit quite a milestone for @MilWestSoftball. You can’t talk about MW softball without talking about the Brummers. Congratulations! – at Omaha, NE
