*** What the Election Act Says ***
Under B.C.’s Election Act, section 234 sets out activities that aren’t allowed near a place where voting is taking place. One of them is that a person must not:
“(b) canvass or solicit votes or otherwise attempt to influence how a voter votes;”
This matters because breaking these rules is not just a procedural problem:
“Contravening section 234 is an offence under section 264(1)(e). Penalties can include a fine of up to $10,000, imprisonment for up to one year, or both.”
I’m not alleging anything. I’m sharing this to give context for what’s circulating. See the quoted post for more on vouching.
If you have a concern, contact Elections BC directly.
*** Want Answers on Vouching and the BC Election Video? Start With Your MLA ***
Listen: this is a four-part post, and you’ll need about 15 minutes for the videos, images and documents.
If you’re upset about B.C.’s vouching rules, or about the video that’s been circulating (which isn’t the full version), and you want to make it political, then ask the right questions.
Start with Ward Stamer and Sheldon Clare. Both sat on the Special Committee on Democratic and Electoral Reform, which reviewed vouching, and Stamer was its Deputy Chair. Ask them whether they supported hearing from the public through oral presentations. Spoiler: the Chair and Deputy Chair didn’t support public presentations for Phase 2, the review of the 2024 election, even after I asked them to reconsider their first refusal.
If you support another party, they weren’t the only ones at the table. Seven MLAs from the BC NDP, BC Conservatives and BC Greens sat on the committee, including BC NDP MLA Jennifer Blatherwick, who was the Chair, and BC Green MLA Rob Botterell, who is not running again.
Then ask the BC Conservative Party why it didn’t submit recommendations in either phase of the committee’s consultations.
People say they want change, but of the 36 written submissions from across the province in Phase 2, only about three addressed this topic, mine being one of them.
Not one MLA objected to adopting a report produced without public presentations in Phase 2. The only presenters were two representatives from institutions paid by Elections BC for their work on our elections. The public didn’t get the same chance. (See clip.)
And why aren’t vouching statistics published?
Want to know why we have vouching and who defended it? Keep reading.
Continue to Post 2 for more images and the full video. Disclaimer in Post 4.

🚨Canada's UN Speech Everybody Missed!🚨
Europe's drowning in immigrant & refugee chaos, and the Liberals are budgeting $4.4 BILLION FOR IMMIGRATION for 2027.
Carney's also cozying up to the EU & UN by resettling 30,000+ refugees to Canada next year.

Holy Sh!te! The NDP forgot to take the A.I. prompts out of their “Big, Bold Health Care Plan” before they posted it online. This is embarrassing on so many levels:

So I guess anyone can head to BC and vote in their provincial election as long as someone "vouches" for us?
Anyone want to fly me out so I can vote? I can bring the whole family for four votes.
@ElectionsBC, fix this, or we play by your rules.

The Left won’t stop stealing elections
In Canada, a NDP (New Democratic Party) volunteer was caught “bringing a group of 30-40 people without identification” to a polling station to vote
“A bus came. He was asking them vote for the New Democratic Party in front of the booth which is illegal. The people he brought has confessed that they are voting for New Democratic Party”
NDP is the New Democratic Party which is a left-wing social democratic political party in Canada
Liberals are the same everywhere. They steal elections

The CBC reporter Stephen Quinn really didn't want his listeners to hear these dollar amounts.
As soon as Dallas gave him these details, he wanted to move on because he knows these figures would SHOCK his listeners.
WHO IS ADVOCATING FOR BC TAX PAYERS? 🚨
Dallas Brodie and the OneBC team read Bill 20 and presented the details in the Legislature.
Before she did this, the BC Cons were all going to vote YES on all this transfer of funds to the Komoks band.
After the details came out, only 5 BC Con members voted YES. The rest voted against it.
THIS is why OneBC is needed. They actually LOOK at what's being passed.
And keep in mind, this is only the 7th modern treaty. There's still 197 left to go in BC.
Below is a breakdown of what the band of only about 340 members was already receiving.
The money the Komoks band already received
• 2022–23: $20.6M
• 2023–24: $26M
• 2024–25: $33.6M
Accumulated surplus:
2013: $9.5M
2023–24: $62M
Bill 20 added:
• $90M one-time federal + provincial payment
• $6.2M/year ongoing for “self-government”
This could push average yearly revenue near $40M. Surplus + $90M + one year of revenue works out to roughly $565,000/band member — then the recurring funding continues.
2012 Agreement-in-Principle included a $17M signing bonus. Despite large surpluses, the band wanted its legal bills covered before accepting more money.
This is the 7th modern treaty in 30 years (204+ First Nations in BC). Most can be reopened every 10 years.
Claimed goal is socioeconomic “equity,” yet non-Indigenous BC taxpayers receive far less support per person while paying the bill.
What do British Columbians get in return?

🇨🇦🗣️🇺🇸🗳️ : The US Embassy has released a list of facts, highlighting what it believes is the foreign interference from the Governments of Canada & Ontario, seeking to impact the US Mid Term election.
Doug Ford flat out denies he tried to impact the US Mid Term election.
Mark Carney says his government is just responding to the ongoing trade war.
You can find the facts released by the embassy at the end of the clip or link at the bottom of the post.
Not in clip are the names of Canadians who illegally voted in US elections. Also see link.

Loyal, Loyal, Loyal! 😂
If you don’t know the answer to a question, just admit it.
But having your campaign manager text you answers throughout the Kelowna debate? That’s not debating. That’s a group project with one person doing all the homework.
If you need someone feeding you answers just to get through a candidates’ debate, what exactly are you going to do when you’re sitting in the Legislature?
The voters are electing an MLA, not a Bluetooth speaker for the campaign manager. 😂

🔥🚨 BOOM! — President Trump just dropped a TRUTH NUKE on the sitiution unfloding in France:
Q: "Mr. President, France has free healthcare, free childcare, a 35-hour work week, and 5 weeks paid vacation."
"Despite all that, people are looting and burning down parts of their cities. Do you think spending a little more on education is going to stop this?"
TRUMP: "NO! It's NOT about education. It's about immigration. It's about illegal people coming in who basically hate France. They hate the people. They hate everything."
"They hate the architecture!"
Rioters have largely destroyed Limoges’ 143-year-old town hall, with the spire burned, and set fire to Lyon’s tourist office housed in a historic 19th-century building.
They are erasing the landmarks and history that define France.
This is what happens when a nation imports the third world and refuses to enforce order — France is no longer France.

The judge went so far as to call the parole ban “cruel and unusual.”
Cruel and unusual is binding two grandparents in their 70s and torturing and murdering them in their own home.
This is an outrageous ruling that deserves to be condemned.

From Pender Harbour to the Gulf Islands: Is History Repeating Itself?
Waterfront property owners in the Southern Gulf Islands and southeast Vancouver Island are facing a proposed private moorage plan that raises some familiar questions.
McMillan LLP, representing Save Our Docks and Security Society (SODSS), has written to the Province seeking answers about legal authority, transparency, public consultation and the role of DRIPA.
For those who followed what happened in Pender Harbour, the similarities are difficult to ignore.
McMillan's October 16 letter can be found under 'Submissions' on the SODSS website, along with further information for those interested in or potentially affected by the proposed changes:
