I don’t get the logic here Acton has trashed her mother for years. I found articles going back since at least 2020 where she’s been doing that Her mother isn’t allowed to shoot back? Her mother isn’t allowed to contradict acton’s claim that she shows a someone who abused her daughter over her own flesh and blood? Acton has tried to turn her life story into political hay. If I were Ramaswamy's campaign, I'd consider filing a OEC and FEC violation against Acton for that letter saying Vivek was responsible for the ad. The ad had no attribution, which is required. Professional campaigns treat disclaimers as non-negotiable. Missing one on a formal paid ad is an easy way to draw an FEC complaint, potential fines, and bad press. That makes it unlikely the official Ramaswamy campaign produced and distributed this as a regulated advertisement; they would almost certainly have included the required “paid for by” language. The source remains unconfirmed, even though Acton’s side has blamed Ramaswamy and the video is styled like an attack ad.#LyingAmy I wonder if the Acton campaign didn't do the ad to gain sympathy votes.
