Still trying to figure out what "The Fight" series wants to be. Given the two weekends bookending this card (Schofield-Bahdi Oct. 10, Navarrete-Foster Oct. 24), seems like a missed opportunity to grow the sport - if that, in fact, is the intention.

And this is an example of why open scoring doesn’t work. On no planet was Johnny Bumphus a better fighter than Marlon Starling. Yet open scoring provided the loophole that allowed a decent fighter to beat a great one (I think he’s great). Open scoring doesn’t allow a fight to arrive at its natural conclusion. @wbcmoro
