Once again horrible service! @avianca If you purchased Business they put on Economic class!! Also, they sign you up in a seat that doesn’t exist!!! damage luggage!! EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID AVIANCA !!

The worst of all was the service in BGT.The avianca crew working @ inter airport are extremely rude and short tempered and this behavior is over simple questions and ask for help!
