Completely disappointed with Citibank credit card.after having reported fraudulent transaction , they didn’t take action! No visa , no merchant bank acted to stop amazon transaction! On top of it they take forever to respond and already charged 15k odd interest @Citibank @RBI

All they had to do is informed visa , informed merchant and amazon not to process . Wonder why they didn’t do it without me informing in few seconds of receiving intimation. Good way to siphon money from innocent card users ! @Citibank @CitibankIN #premiermilecard

Highly disappointed with Citibank credit card. I was charged two fraudulent transactions on citi card within few minutes informed the bank, blocked the card where I had not given OTP. Transaction was done by someone on amazon @Citibank @CitibankIN #premiermilecard
