Christians should not be shocked when a fallen world behaves like a fallen world. Scripture has already told us what sin does when men suppress the truth, exchange the glory of God for created things, and follow the desires of hearts that are alienated from Him (Romans 1:18–25). What we see around us may grieve us deeply, but it should never make us think God failed to warn us. Jesus prepared His disciples for this. “If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you” (John 15:18). He never promised that history would steadily become more friendly toward holiness, biblical truth, or the lordship of Christ. Paul likewise warned that “in the last days difficult times will come” and then described people as lovers of self, money, pleasure, and everything that feeds human pride (2 Timothy 3:1–5). The real surprise should be how easily Christians forget what Scripture says about the human heart. We sometimes expect unbelieving culture to think like regenerated people, honour what God honours, and hate what God hates. Yet Paul says that the natural man “does not accept the things of the Spirit of God” because they are foolishness to him (1 Corinthians 2:14). Sin does not need better public relations. It needs the power of the gospel. None of this gives us permission to become cynical, detached, or indifferent. Jesus looked upon lost people with compassion. Paul wept over those who were enemies of the cross (Philippians 3:18). We should grieve evil, defend truth, love our neighbors, expose darkness where Scripture requires it, and preach Christ faithfully. But we should do all of that with clear eyes about what Scripture says the world actually is. The church gets into trouble when she becomes desperate for the world’s approval. Once we expect unbelieving culture to celebrate biblical Christianity, we will eventually feel pressure to soften whatever offends it. John reminds us, “The whole world lies in the power of the evil one” (1 John 5:19). That should make us sober, discerning, and far less surprised when obedience to Christ puts us out of step with the age. Our hope has never rested in the world becoming safe for Christianity. Our hope is Christ, who has already overcome the world (John 16:33). Until He returns, we should expect darkness to behave like darkness while continuing to shine the light of the gospel without fear, bitterness, or compromise. The condition of the world should drive us toward greater faithfulness, deeper prayer, and greater urgency to make Christ known.

Father, comfort Theresa and calm her nerves. Guide the hands of her doctor and safely remove the glaucoma. Give her a perfect and pain free recovery. Thank You, in Jesus name.
I recently developed glaucoma. Due to several complications, I have almost no vision in my left eye, and reduced vision in my right eye. I'll be having surgery on the left eye tomorrow morning. I'd appreciate a prayer if you can spare one. ❤️ #PrayerRequest

As a Christian, is it possible for a Christian to have all nine fruit of the Spirit mentioned in Galatians 5:22–23? Let’s discuss…

@baroncoleman said it all! Now for me…. I wanna know, what’s being attacked… Fort Huachuca… so boom… why is that so important to debunk?! I truly feel like Fort Huachuca is key and that’s what they need to debunk and take the focus from so now I’m side eyeing those trying to debunk Fort Huachuca, since there’s no way for me to truly know who is who…. Fort Huachuca happened! It was real! There’s a reason they need to debunk that AND the Panguich receipt! That’s how my reasoning and deduction is starting to go… What about you? What are your thoughts?

Stay faithful to God. When someone asks you on a date, be sure you learn their faith. Many men profess to be Christian. Yet before dating, take that extra step and plainly ask them if they believe in sex outside of marriage. A man cannot be a godly leader if he walks with one foot in this world. Philippians 3:8 (NKJV) Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ. Our body is a temple where the Spirit of the Lord reside in believers. The Lord Jesus Christ is the better Bridegroom, and poured out His life and blood to bring us redemption. God knows all— every hair on your head. He is the same every day and shall not leave nor forsake you. Walk in the will of the the Lord, and veer neither to the right or left🤍🕊️✝️

Romans 1:16 (KJV) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

I started feeling the effects of crippling social anxiety I think as early as 10 years old. I remember being afraid to get out of the car when mom would decide to take us shopping on the way home from school knowing that I had social anxiety. Her thinking was, “well if you’re gonna stay in the car don’t think I’m gonna try to hurry up for you. In fact I’m gonna take twice as much time just to prove that you’re not rushing me” I swear to God, that’s how fucked up this woman was. She was like a sadistic 2 yr old sociopathic child in an adult body. sometimes it would get better and sometimes it would get worse. I didn’t like going out in public at all or going into the stores I would wait in the car. And at the time I think I sort of just assumed that’s who I was or maybe like that became my identity because I didn’t realize that I was experiencing severe trauma from already years of emotional abuse. I still have remnants of the social anxiety and agoraphobia but it’s not nearly as bad as it used to be. And I have to remind myself that this is not natural to me. This is not part of my identity or my character, this is a result of trauma from abuse I should not have experienced. And I think it’s important that we remember that and remind yourself of that. We are not our PTSD, even if it plays a huge impact on our lives, that’s not who we are. We are underneath that trauma. And remember to show yourself some compassion because apparently it’s hard to come by these days

@Ft_Banana_Snow wasn't the ONLY one who saw Erika there..... He was just the only one with balls to put his face, and claims, out in front of millions. He's also most likely the only one who actually has PROOF she was there..... I fully believe, trust, and back Mitch 100%. I believe he caught Erika on video, or in a photo possibly..... Either way, the truth WILL be revealed. God's bringing it all to light...

A man told me there is nothing like heaven and hell, and that I should stop believing in fiction. So I asked him, “Bro, have you been to the other side before to confirm that heaven and hell don’t exist?” He said he didn’t need to go anywhere. It’s all fiction! 🤣 I said, “Oh, so you can sit comfortably on this side of eternity and confidently give us a report about the other side? Please, go there first, then come back with your evidence.” He said when we die, we simply stop existing. Nothing else! I said, “That’s not true. Death is not the end of our existence.” He asked, “What is your evidence? That your fictional book?” 😭😂 I said, “No, sir. I have a historical Saviour who died and resurrected! 😌 Jesus didn’t just tell us that there’s life after death. He came in the flesh to demonstrate it. He was beaten, crucified, and buried, but He rose again with a glorified body. Death couldn’t hold Him! He said, “I am the resurrection, and the life” (John 11:25). And because He lives, we too shall live. His resurrection gives us hope of a life beyond this world, a life where there will be no more pain, sorrow, or death. God didn’t leave us with mere words about the afterlife. In Jesus, we have the historical claim of a man who died and rose again. His resurrection is the foundation of my hope. He said, “How do you know these things happened? You only read about them!” I said, “Jesus is a historical figure, and even writers outside Christianity mentioned Him. His existence and crucifixion are well supported historically, while His resurrection is the central claim Christians defend through the historical evidence for the empty tomb, the disciples’ experiences, and the early Christian testimony.” So, why should I dismiss the evidence and accept your claim that we simply stop existing?.” After all that confidence, the man went MUTE. 🤐😂 MORAL OF THE STORY: You cannot confidently declare that heaven and hell are fictional while admitting you have never been to the other side to investigate. And if reading about something automatically makes it fiction, I hope you never read your history textbook again! 🤣🤣

You may not see the fruit of every prayer today, but that doesn’t mean God is doing nothing in your life. Some things take time, some lessons come through difficult seasons and some answers arrive in ways you never expected. Keep trusting Him, even when the next step is unclear. You don’t have to understand everything to remain faithful. Walk with God one day at a time, knowing that His wisdom is greater than your understanding

After the traumatic event Olivia and I went though last night we both wanted to just stay home from a family wedding we had been looking forward to today. My brother and my husband said it would be best if we went and enjoyed a happy day with family. I’m so glad we did. The person who had plans to harm us didn’t because Jesus was with us, we called on His precious name. We smiled and laughed this evening at the wedding not really leaving one another’s side, but this is what was comfortable for us. We’ve always had a strong bond but this one can never be broken. I love her and she’s so beautiful and brave. Thank you Jesus for all you’ve done.
