Not every school gets its own holiday. 🐻 But for almost a century now, Baylor students have celebrated what today is known as "the day of the Bear" -- Diadeloso! Happy #BaylorDia, Baylor Family! 💚💛 www2.baylor.edu/baylorproud/…

This is Bowie. He overheard you talking about his rubber ducky jacket. Jealousy is a disease. Hopes you get well soon. 12/10
a golden retriever puppy sits on a gray ottoman in profile, casting the most ruthless side eye directly at you. the dog’s wearing an impeccable blue rain jacket with a hood, patterned all over with bright yellow rubber duckies. he’d like to remind you that no rain is necessary to have nice drip.

This is Herschel. She spent 15 minutes at the gym before deciding to switch her New Year's resolution to self acceptance. 12/10
a little brown dachshund puppy sits on her tuchus on the concrete floor of a gym, back paws splayed out and pink puppy belly on proud display. a loaded barbell is sitting on the floor in front of her, and she’s resting one front paw on the bar. she’s giving the camera a look that screams “are you kidding me right now,” which is extremely relatable.

We acknowledge that no one has the bandwidth for this, but if it helps: - It’s ‘voilà,’ not ‘wallah!’ - It’s ‘a lot,’ not ‘alot.’ - It’s ‘further ado,’ not ‘farther adieu.’ - It’s ‘flesh out,’ not ‘flush out.’ - It’s ‘sneak peek,’ not ‘sneak peak.’ No worries if not!!!

lede = introductory section in journalism bury the lede = hiding the most relevant pieces of a story within other distracting information Allegedly, it’s spelled ‘lede’ to avoid confusion with ‘lead,’ which was the strip of metal that would separate lines of type.
