In 2005, Oneida shut the flatware factory in Sherrill, New York.
A town that had made silverware for MORE THAN 100 YEARS was supposed to be finished.
Two men refused to let that happen.
Their names are Matt Roberts and Greg Owens.
Roberts had managed that factory. Owens was another former Oneida manufacturing manager. When the company ended U.S. production, they bought the plant and the equipment and reopened it the NEXT DAY as Sherrill Manufacturing.
They did not have a giant rescue fund.
They did not have a Hollywood ending waiting.
They had a building, some machines, and a workforce that knew how to make forks, knives, and spoons.
At first they kept making product for Oneida.
Then Oneida pulled the remaining American work and sent it overseas.
That should have been the end.
It wasn’t.
They took government flatware contracts to keep the lights on. In 2010 they filed Chapter 11. They sold unused equipment. They sold space they could no longer fill. They leased back only the part of the factory they could still run.
They came out of bankruptcy in 2013.
Then they did the thing that saved the company.
They built their own brand: Liberty Tabletop.
They sold 18/10 stainless flatware straight to customers who wanted tableware MADE IN THE UNITED STATES.
Not through a department store that could drop them overnight.
Direct.
Today Liberty Tabletop is the only company still manufacturing stainless steel flatware in America.
Same town.
Same trade.
U.S. steel.
About 70 jobs.
They did not bring back 2,000 workers. Nobody did.
What they saved was the last line.
If you want American-made forks and spoons, this is the factory that still makes them.
Support Liberty Tabletop.
THIS is what keeping manufacturing in America actually looks like. 🇺🇸

It's impossible not to cry writing this.
This week, I got to meet one of my heroes, former Navy Seal and newly confirmed FEMA administrator, Cameron Hamilton.
I'll never forget the day Cam called me.
For the first time, it felt like all the volunteers in Western North Carolina after Hurricane Helene didn't have to do it alone anymore.
At the time, there was NO ONE in America that had been more critical of FEMA than me.
No one.
I absolutely RIPPED the agency's response to us after Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina up and down.
I begged FEMA to help us in VERY specific ways, I shared stories of how they were failing and how they could help.
They never ONCE reached out to see how they could do better.
Not one single time.
...and then Cam came in, became FEMA administrator and 5 days later, my phone rang
He apologized for the ways FEMA failed the people of Western North Carolina.
He asked us to organize a Zoom call with victims who'd had bad experiences with the agency, from the small frustrations to the devastating ones.
He listened to them for an HOUR AND A HALF.
He never interrupted. He never made excuses. He just listened, and then he offered solutions.
At the end of every call I've ever had with him, he says the same thing:
"I am a civil servant. I work for you."
That statement floored me. In a world full of ego, in government especially, you almost never hear it anymore.
I'll be honest, I cried that entire phone call. Everyone did.
But the one thing Cam did that no one else did was MAKE IT RIGHT.
After our phone call with Cam, he got the victim's FEMA case numbers, and he did the HARD WORK of rectifying their situations.
Every single person on that phone call with Cameron has been helped by FEMA.
People who lost homes, bridges, and their entire livelihoods, each one was helped by Cameron.
For those who didn't go through it, it's almost impossible to explain the despair we all felt during the Biden adminstration.
Do you know what it's like to watch people suffer and feel like you're screaming into a void?
After the first few days of Helene, nearly all of the national media packed up and left. I kept telling the stories of Helene survivors long after the cameras were gone.
It took me a while to understand this, but what the media covers and what it ignores has almost nothing to do with how many people will watch it.
My videos of the aftermath of Helene, the stories of the people who lived through it, got tens of millions of views on X.
The New York Times could have stayed and told those same stories.
They just chose not to.
The media will walk away from revenue to protect a narrative. They made a calculation that the suffering of people in Western North Carolina wasn't useful during election season, and they left.
Once you see that, you can never unsee it.
I'm just a guy. I'm nobody special.
That's what makes X so freaking incredible.
An honest-to-God nobody with a camera and a drone can change something in the world, but only because all of you refused to stop sharing the stories of Western North Carolina.
I am so grateful for you for sharing them, I am convinced we would have been totally forgotten without you and X.
Cameron and I ended up talking for over an hour about life after Helene, the work that needs to be done, about homeschooling, about God and our families.
It felt like talking to an old friend. An old friend who chose to step into a job knowing the press would hate him for it, and who was demonized beyond belief it.
The media constantly lied about him and they have never apologized for it.
He didn't give a damn.
He took it anyways (he's a former Navy Seal after all!) and continues to do an incredible job.
God bless you Cam, thank you for not forgetting about us.

Trump is out here stacking wins and half the comment section is still playing the sad trombone.
“Nothing’s happening.”
Brother, the border just posted its quietest year in half a century. Catch-and-release is dead. Remain in Mexico is back. Releases collapsed. Nearly three million people left the country, including hundreds of thousands deported and others taking the self-deportation route with a plane ticket and cash bonus attached.
Violent crime dropped hard. Murder dropped. Robbery dropped.
Meanwhile, taxes got locked in and expanded. No Tax on Tips. No Tax on Overtime. Full expensing for factories and equipment. Agencies tore through regulations at a ridiculous pace. The Endangerment Finding got torched. Trillions in announced investment are aimed at factories, chips, steel, shipyards, energy, and supply chains.
Ford is moving production out of China. Toyota is shifting Tacoma production to Texas. American energy is surging. Five advanced reactors hit criticality after decades of paralysis. NATO got told to reach deeper into its own pockets. Golden Dome got funded. Military recruiting rebounded. The Supreme Court clipped the wings of nationwide injunctions and restored more control over the executive branch to the elected president.
And somehow the black-pill choir is still in the replies whining because their favorite issue did not arrive gift-wrapped by Tuesday.
That mindset is political self-sabotage.
Midterms are turnout elections. Democrats are thrilled when Republicans convince themselves nothing matters, nothing works, and staying home is some kind of principled stand.
Learn five receipts. Know them cold. Repeat them.
If you cannot name the wins, you are doing unpaid messaging work for the other team.

Why are so many women sooo angry? They won. They got everything they wanted. Men have never been doing this badly, and women have never been doing this well. They make more, they have the majority of jobs, they are the majority of college graduates, (UCLA undergrad is 60% female), they make more money, have much lower rates of suicide, addiction, and alcoholism, and live longer. They won: they took over all men-only spaces, they took over the Boy Scouts, they ended men’s bathrooms, they can fly fighter planes and be in combat. Marriage is optional, divorce is no-fault, they win 99% of the custody battles, they can control fertility at will, and they can’t get drafted. We are all living in the female future they promised.

Wow, I never knew this!
She was 10 years old on vacation when she noticed the sea acting strange. Her geography lesson saved 100 lives from the deadliest tsunami in history....
December 26, 2004, started as a perfect beach day in Phuket, Thailand 🇹🇭.... Tilly Smith, a 10-year-old British schoolgirl from Oxshott, Surrey, was enjoying Christmas holiday with her family at Mai Khao Beach. The sun was shining. Tourists dotted the white sand. Children played in the waves. It was paradise.
Then Tilly noticed something wrong. The sea began to bubble. Not the normal ocean foam—something different, something unsettling. The water was fizzing and frothing in strange patterns. And then, even more bizarrely, the tide suddenly rushed out much farther than normal, exposing the seafloor in a way Tilly had never seen before.
Most people on the beach stopped to stare at the unusual sight. Some walked out onto the newly exposed sand, curious, taking photos of stranded fish flopping in the shallow pools.
Tilly felt cold fear wash over her. Because two weeks earlier, in her geography class back in England, her teacher Andrew Kearney had shown them a video about the 1946 tsunami in Hawaii. He had explained the warning signs: the sea receding dramatically, the bubbling water, the eerie calm before the wave. Tilly was staring at exactly those signs right now.
A 10-year-old girl on a beach thousands of miles from home, and she was the only person who knew what was about to happen.
"Mum! Dad!" Tilly started screaming. "We need to get off the beach! Now! It's a tsunami!"
Her parents, Colin and Penny Smith, were initially confused. A tsunami? In Thailand? On a beautiful sunny day? It seemed impossible.
But Tilly wasn't calming down. She was frantic, insistent, tears streaming down her face. She explained what she had learned in school—the receding water, the bubbling, what it meant. Her terror was real and contagious.
Colin Smith made a split-second decision: trust his daughter.
He ran to the hotel staff and told them to evacuate the beach immediately. At first, they were skeptical too. Evacuate on such a beautiful day because a little girl had a bad feeling?
But Colin was adamant, and Tilly's teacher had taught her well—she could articulate exactly why this was dangerous. The hotel security chief, recognizing the genuine alarm, made the call.
"Everyone off the beach! Get to higher ground! NOW!"
Tourists were confused, some resistant. People were in the middle of sunbathing, swimming, relaxing. Why were they being told to run?
But the staff were insistent, almost physically pushing people away from the water, toward the hotel and higher ground.
Some people grumbled. Some thought it was ridiculous. And then, minutes later, they saw it. The wave. Not a normal wave—a wall of water, dark and massive, surging toward the shore with the force of an unleashed ocean. The first wave of the Indian Ocean tsunami, triggered by a 9.1 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia.
The wave crashed into Mai Khao Beach with devastating force, flooding the area where hundreds of people had been standing just moments before. It swept away beach chairs, umbrellas, everything in its path. More waves followed—the tsunami came in surges, each one powerful enough to kill.
But Mai Khao Beach was empty.
Because of Tilly Smith, a 10-year-old girl who had paid attention in geography class two weeks earlier.
That day—December 26, 2004—the Indian Ocean tsunami killed over 230,000 people across 14 countries. Entire coastal communities were obliterated in minutes. In Thailand alone, over 5,000 people died, many of them tourists on beaches just like Mai Khao.
But at Mai Khao Beach, where approximately 100 people had been enjoying the sun that morning, there were zero fatalities. Zero serious injuries.
One hundred people went home to their families because a child recognized what adults did not. Think about what had to happen for those people to survive.

Wanna know what really ticks me TF off?
We elected the President of our choice, then gave him a majority congress.
Congress passes little if anything that President Trump wants for the betterment of America, or at least that's how I see it.
So Trump basically goes it alone and tries to get the job done by executive orders.
Then what happens, a few unhinged, liberal, activist judges crawl out of the woodwork and rule that his orders are unlawful.
So then he has to depend on SCOTUS, and maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like they let him down more often than not.
And all this time, congress has yet to impeach and remove any single one of these lunatic judges.
It seems to me like congress and SCOTUS are secretly working to undermine the President and the will of the people.
Pretty sure this is not what 77M of us voted for.
What am I missing?
Am I wrong?

Fauci & co at the NIH knowingly “put out a killer drug” during the HIV crisis. That drug was AZT which mimicked the progression of Aids so family members thought the disease was killing their loved ones when it was really the drug. Sound familiar? It should. The AZT of Covid was Remdesevir which also killed people while family members thought they were dying from Covid.

Republicans should start moving now to enact legislation to prevent foreign born citizens from holding office. Because what has happened is that they have flooded the country with voters who have their own tribal and foreign interests that are opposed to American values and American culture.
We cannot have more Mamdanis and Ilhan Omars in office and expect the American experiment in liberty to survive. We can’t have judges who were just naturalized seven years ago overruling the will of the American electorate.

Please read, very important..
President Trump’s Executive Order about Glyphosate had me thinking there has to be more to this… and to my surprise, of course there was, and it honestly does make me feel a little better.
🔻 Did you know…
The majority of our crops are compromised? Many common crops have been genetically modified specifically to tolerate Roundup (or more precisely, its active ingredient glyphosate).
🔻 Did you know…
The majority of glyphosate (the active ingredient in herbicides like Roundup) is produced in China? China has been the world's largest producer of glyphosate producing 600,000–830,000 tons annually for many years.
🔻 Did you know…
In President Trump’s Executive order, he invoked the Defense Production Act, aimed at boosting and securing DOMESTIC (U.S.-based) production of glyphosate?
So what does that tell you?
China has been in a long silent war with America for a very long time, slowly killing off the U.S. population via many hidden means.
I’m no expert on glyphosate, but I feel like I can safely assume maybe China has done something to the glyphosate they manufacture or maybe it can be manufactured better to lessen the risks. I don’t know, but Honestly, I do feel A LOT better knowing it would at least be manufactured here in the US.
In addition to this, RFK JR recently as HHS secretary openly and honestly discussed Glyphosate with FULL TRANSPARENCY. He told us the truth about it, how dangerous it is, and how we are sadly reliant on it — but more importantly says they are optimistic that laser technology can replace it. (Clip here rumble.com/v75obeu-glyphosat…)
Overall, I realize the concerns, but I want everyone not to always jump to the worse possible conclusions. I really do think RFK JR and Trump are trying to make the best of a lot of already “legally” established shitty situations. I’m gonna wait and see how this turns out.
What do you think?
I’m not saying I like it… but RFK Jr who has long been an advocate of tying to get rid of Glysophate, said this recently:
If we banned Glyphosate outright in the U.S., it would put 80% of our farmers out of business — Sadly, “we are dependent on something that we know makes us sick.”
He also recognized this is making a lot of people sick, especially farmers… BUT, RFK JR says we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel by totally ELIMINATING Pesticides and Herbicides from our food supply with laser technology that can kill both bugs and weeds. The only obstacle is making it affordable for farmers.
In my mind, I think why do we need it at all? The answers I find is a mix that points to the scale of food we produce makes it very difficult. It truly sucks…
Ultimately, I believe this needs to be, and probably will be PHASED OUT over time.
It is a good sign that he as the HHS Secretary recognizes these things publicly. It is an even better sign he says we have a solution. It just needs to happen faster.
