Enjoyed experiencing Step 3's PLC to Classroom connection at Baucom Elementary this morning! We did a handful of learning walks with our eyes on Kagan's P.I.E.S. The final debrief was energizing as we considered the next leg of the journey. ✨️✨️ @baucomes @WCPSSProfLearn
