Le ministère de l'Éducation nationale et Nouvelle Citoyenneté annonce que les résultats de l'examen d'État 2026 seront rendus publics dans les prochaines heures, un délai inédit, rendu possible par la réforme en profondeur du système de traitement des données.
Collecte modernisée, numérisation accélérée, traitement automatisé : la chaîne a été entièrement repensée.

Une enquête publiée ce mercredi par l’ONG Global Witness révèle que du coltan pillé dans les mines de Rubaya, en #RDC, contrôlées depuis avril 2024 par le groupe armé M23 soutenu par Kigali, alimente probablement les chaînes d’approvisionnement de géants technologiques mondiaux tels que Sony, Microsoft, Amazon, LG, Nvidia, Ericsson, Toyota et Vodafone, malgré l’existence de mécanismes de diligence raisonnable censés prévenir ce type de contamination. 
Après un an d’enquête, l’organisation a établi qu’au moins cinq des sept principaux exportateurs rwandais de coltan se seraient approvisionnés en minerais de conflit en provenance de RDC, avant de les revendre à des fonderies en Chine et au Kazakhstan, où le coltan est transformé en tantale pour la fabrication de condensateurs électroniques. 
L’enquête pointe également les défaillances du système de traçabilité ITSCI, utilisé par de nombreuses entreprises pour certifier des chaînes d’approvisionnement responsables, mais qui aurait servi à blanchir une grande partie du coltan de contrebande en lui apposant une étiquette rwandaise.
