The scenes coming out of Nepal are heartbreaking.
In a matter of minutes, a wall of water and mud tore through valleys, sweeping away homes, roads, vehicles, and entire families. Hundreds are confirmed dead. Over a thousand more are still missing — including many tourists who were simply traveling through the Himalayas.
Watching this footage, one thing becomes painfully clear:
When nature moves this fast, no one gets time to run.
A glacial collapse high in the mountains sent a surge racing down the Trishuli River. Water levels rose 7–9 meters in just 30 minutes. People had almost no chance.
This is not just a disaster.
This is a reminder of how small we are in front of the mountains.
Pray for Nepal.
Pray for every family still searching for their loved ones.

A daughter is desperately searching for her parents after Nepal’s devastating floods.
Tanvi says her parents, Venkatram Annamdevara and Anagha Annamdevara, were on the Kailash Yatra with Richa Tours, part of a 67-member group.
Their last known contact was 8:27 AM on August 26, near the Immigration Centre/Friendship Bridge, now reportedly destroyed. The family has been unable to contact the group since the floods.
If anyone has information about the Richa Tours group, please come forward. Help bring these families home.

That family in the green house, visible from a distance, had no idea what was coming. As the tsunami moved closer, the camera angle changed, and within seconds, the entire house simply disappeared.
What is happening in Nepal is beyond human understanding😭
Praying for them

The post misstates the event as a tsunami and claims the house disappeared; the video shows a Nepal flash flood where the green house remained standing, and reports confirm the family survived.

This video predates the August 26 Nepal-China border flash flood by days and shows unaffected pilgrims who continued their Kailash Kora trek; added overlay and narration falsely imply it depicts victims moments before the disaster.
