Toxic bonds.

Incentivizing smooth transition.
Opioid epidemics.
Fractured families and communities.
Free market would be more efficient with full cost accounting #externalities #cobenefits
Such approach would be also practical when addressing #climatechange
Capitalism works but it works to well.
Those with assets control the media, telling people what to think.
Divide and conquer is working since forever.
