To every builder on @Arc, remember that even the biggest ideas often start in the smallest rooms.
Back in 2008, Elon Musk was presenting a $109,000 Tesla in a living room, at a time when the company was dangerously close to running out of money.
No massive stage. No perfect speech. Just a founder trying to convince the world that his vision was worth believing in.
Today, we know how much that vision changed the automotive industry.
It's a powerful reminder for all of us building on Arc.
Your project might not have thousands of users yet.
Your work might not get the recognition it deserves.
Sometimes, it might feel like the only people paying attention are other builders.
But that's how many great things begin.
Keep experimenting. Keep improving. Keep supporting each other.
Success is never guaranteed, but meaningful progress rarely happens overnight.
Don't measure your potential by how much attention you receive today. Measure it by what you're willing to build for tomorrow.

Letter to the Arc / Circle Team
Dear @arc , @circle , and @jerallaire team,
I hope this letter finds you well.
I am writing to share a direct observation: at present, only $ASTOCK @TryArcStocks has a realistic ability to activate Arc and bring it sustainable real users, capital, and liquidity.
Arc, as Circle’s blockchain purpose-built for financial use cases, has a distinctive and difficult-to-replicate advantage: gas fees are paid directly in USDC, with no need for users to hold or convert into a separate native token. This design significantly reduces friction for institutions and real-money users, making the experience smoother, more practical, and better suited to compliant financial applications.
However, post-mainnet data shows that while Arc attracted strong initial attention, real activity and trading volume have declined sharply. The chain currently lacks a “killer” application capable of retaining users, attracting external capital, and creating a positive feedback loop. In this critical window, tokenized stocks (stock tokens) are the most easily understood and widely accessible narrative of this cycle—everyone understands stocks, the barrier is low, the positioning is clear, and the model naturally aligns with USDC settlement.
$ASTOCK is built precisely around this logic: it uses USDC as the core settlement asset, offers tokenized stock exposure on Arc , and returns the majority of trading fees to holders in the form of actual stock. It is currently one of the strongest-performing projects on Arc, consistently driving real trading activity, holders, and liquidity, while also enabling other Arc projects to offer “hold tokens, earn stock rewards” integrations.
If $ASTOCK receives meaningful ecosystem attention and support, it can:
Attract users and liquidity currently trading tokenized stocks on other chains and redirect that activity to Arc;
Draw more institutional and compliant capital through a simple “use USDC to buy and hold stocks” experience;
Create genuine usage and a positive feedback loop on Arc, rather than relying mainly on lending activity or short-lived hype.
For these reasons, I respectfully ask the Arc team to give $ASTOCK focused attention and evaluate its potential for deeper integration with the Arc ecosystem—whether through technical support, ecosystem resource allocation, or joint exploration of compliant on-chain stock use cases. Such collaboration could be mutually beneficial: Arc needs products that can genuinely activate on-chain activity, and $ASTOCK can scale more effectively with Arc’s infrastructure advantages.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I look forward to seeing Arc continue to advance in regulated finance, and I hope $ASTOCK can contribute real users, capital, and liquidity to Arc.

I think you're overlooking some of the most interesting things being built on @Arc.
As the oBrain team, we've been building since Arc's mainnet launch, and we've seen firsthand how much experimentation is happening across this ecosystem.
At @obrainarc, we open-sourced our quantized fruit fly connectome, reducing its size by approximately 95% while retaining around 98% accuracy in our reported benchmarks.
We brought biological neural computation on-chain, built Flybook as a digital population experiment, and are now developing BioID, a social network and identity layer for autonomous AI agents.
BioID also explores how other agents and applications on Arc can verify persistent identities, signed interactions, and on-chain activity histories.
But we're far from the only ones building.
@kairo_market is exploring DeFi, trading, and financial applications.
@ArcanusNetwork is working on privacy infrastructure and services.
@TollyLabs is experimenting with new directions involving x402 and AI agents.
And there are many more teams worth paying attention to:
@GlitchOnArc , @fazedotfun , @Arguspad , @BuildersOnArc , @SafeArcSpace , @ARCIRCLEonArc , and @synthra_finance .
I've also explored several projects created through Arc Studio. It's encouraging to see how many people are experimenting with new ideas and turning them into working products.
Every project has its own strengths, challenges, and approach.
Not every experiment will succeed. Not every product will immediately attract users or generate significant revenue.
But that doesn't mean nothing valuable is being built.
Real innovation takes time, and an ecosystem needs more than trading volume and token launches. It needs developers willing to experiment, solve difficult problems, and build products people can actually use.
One reason we chose @Arc is its USDC-based infrastructure. We believe predictable transaction costs create interesting opportunities for computational applications, autonomous agents, and machine-to-machine payments.
That's a direction worth exploring alongside @Circle, @USDC, and the broader developer community.
@jerallaire and @samconnerone , there are many builders here quietly pushing the boundaries of what can run on Arc.
This isn't a promotion for any particular project. These are teams and products we've personally observed being built.
Constructive criticism is important. So is recognizing the people who continue building when attention is elsewhere.
To everyone building on Arc: keep experimenting, keep shipping, and keep supporting one another.
An ecosystem isn't built by one successful project. It's built by a community of builders who refuse to stop creating.

Arc 链上没有流量、没有用户，发射出来的代币一点水花都没有，发射台也赚不到手续费，逐渐又步入了死亡螺旋。
发射台龙头 Argus 尚且如此，其他的发射台项目更难受。
目前除了 @TollyLabs 在向 x402、Agent 方向创新，其他发射台还是抱着老本在啃，除非 Arc 爆火，否则没有存活的可能。
因此如果让我在 Arc 押注一个发射台的话，我更倾向于 Tolly 而非 Argus。
