Some names I hope get consideration:
Mike Ferrin
Nash Walker-young but knows the players
Eric Bach-has MLB experience
Jill Gearin de Meza-will always be the first woman to call for the Diamondbacks
Breaking #Dbacks news: according to @nickpiecoro the Diamondbacks have parted ways with broadcaster Steve Berthiaume who has been with the club for 14 years
So many good broadcasters have been in the system. Who the color commentator is will determine who is best as play by play
Question for #Dbacks fans: Who do you want as the next broadcaster?
My vote is for @eric_bach7!
The #Dbacks passed on Misiorowski 3 times. All three players they picked are basically busts at this point. They passed on Schlittler 8 times.
Just in 2022, they had plenty of chances to take the probable Cy Young winners. They got Landon Sims, Will Mabrey, and Ivan Melendez
Congrats to the @sodpoodles on winning both games in Frisco to advance to the Texas League championship. They’ll be going for their third title in less than a decade.
Even though the #dbacks will continue to flop annually, at least one of the affiliates is consistently good

I imagine this is what being in the middle of a love triangle is like.
I just hope both teams have fun.
The #dbacks are simply not good enough. They will never be good enough. The only way for them to succeed is to somehow develop six star position players and three star starting pitchers all at the same time. Considering that they haven’t done that in 30 years of trying…
They may be five games back, but the #dbacks may have a more likely chance to catch the Phillies than the Padres.
If the Padres clinch before the final series and Phillies continue to slide, that’s the best bet
All four potential wild cards remain alive for all three spots
Jesús Sanchez is the 666th player in #dbacks history.
Here’s hoping he’s a beast at the plate
The good teams in the NL West are all really good outside of the division.
Either the fourth or fifth team on this list will miss out while a bottom ten team hosts.
It’s absolute BS that the AL Central or AL West champion will get a bye while at least one NL team with a tougher schedule AND better record will sit at home.
The 8 weakest schedules come from one of those divisions. There’s just one AL team in the top 12 toughest schedules
The weakest schedule in the NL belongs to the Dodgers (thanks largely to not having to play the Dodgers. But that’s 19th overall.
Now that the #dbacks have stumbled and bumbled their way out of the postseason yet again, you have to wonder what’s next.
Spending doesn’t work. Development doesn’t work. There’s really only one way for a team like this to succeed, and it’s being in the AL Central
If there is baseball in 2027, there’s precious little chance of anything being different. Randy Johnson and Curt Schilling aren’t walking through that door
Any loss of games will hurt #dbacks more than other teams, and there’s almost certain to be games lost. That means no more spending. 2023 was the chance. Little guys almost never get second chances
Also, with his home run, Corbin Carroll tied Willie Mays for the most 20/20/10 (HR/SB/3B) seasons ever. Each of them had four seasons with those numbers.
Corbin Carroll has played four seasons #dbacks
