Working on our new social strategy.
We’re moving YouTube to number 1 priority, but we’ll keep posting on all.
I think YouTube is the platform for us to dominate, since we’re doing long form. All the other platforms will feed towards that.
Big day tomorrow for @finalbosuX.
Had to celebrate properly. Added a General to the crew.
Long-term conviction in what they're building.
See you on Support Center Day 🫡

Love watching these on tv.
You can go now to YouTube and watch 2 short glimpses into the world of Final Bosu.
Longer episodes are in production telling the story of the growth path, the Finalbosses, Keshuma city, our main characters, the characters of the NFTs etc

Big Day Tomorrow 🎬
Our new anime short, TOMASHI, made with our hybrid AI workflow.
The night before Support Center Day, he visits a friend. 🧵👇

We are improving day by day creating episodes.
In 6 months we will be so far ahead of the rest and will be a full production house.

Since forever, making anime meant big studios, big budgets and years of production. Most people with a story never got close.
That's changing fast. AI is opening a new way to make animation, and almost nobody has figured out how to do it well yet. Including us. But we're building it in the open.
At Final Bosu we're making anime with a small team and a studio pipeline we built ourselves. Not "type a prompt, get a movie". The opposite.
How we got here
We started with standalone shorts, each one a test of something new:
→ Yomi: our first step into AI animation.
→ Kage & Gage: two brothers, one snack, and our first real character piece.
→ Tomashi: dialogue in a bar scene. Coming soon.
→ Respawn Express (WIP name): a look into how our world works. Coming soon.
Every short taught us something. It's all about consistency, taste and direction.
How we make it now
→ We build the world first. Keshuma, its districts, its rules, the Final Bosses etc. Every character and place has a history, and it’s all written down in our own canon.
→ We write the story. Every episode starts as a script written by us: the beats, the characters, every line of dialogue.
→ A human draws the boards. Every shot starts with our creative director's storyboard.
→ We lock the look before anything moves. Characters, rooms and props are designed, hand-finished and locked.
→ AI does the heavy lifting in between, overnight and in volume. Fixing the animation part.
→ Our team picks the keepers by eye.
→ The finish is human: Voiceovers, edit, sound, grade and timing.
What's next: The Hero of Keshuma
This is the big step. The Hero of Keshuma is the start of our main story: an episodic series, with episodes that connect and follow each other. Our main characters, the Final Bosses, the real canon of Final Bosu.
It's also our biggest test. Can a small team carry a full storyline in this new way of making anime?
And here's the part we're most excited about. As the main crew moves through the world, they meet characters along the way. Those characters are our collectibles. The character you own can show up in the story.
Where to follow it
→ Everything launches everywhere: YouTube, X, Instagram and TikTok.
→ I recommend to follow us on YouTube as it will be our home base for the cinematic experience.
We don’t just want viewers. We want people who care about these characters, argue about the theories, and wait for the next episode.
That's how a fandom starts, and that's what we're building.
The bet:
We think AI animation becomes a real market in the next few years, and not just for big studios. For small teams and creators with a story to tell. The winners won't be the ones with the best model. They'll be the ones with the best taste, the strongest world, and a fandom that grows with it.
We're a small team, and this is episode one.

Imagine owning an insanely badass anime NFT character…
And then being able to give that character a name, a story, a personality, and a life of its own.
That’s what MEMO is starting to make possible in Final Bosu.🧵
Keshuma Archives is live. The new wiki of the Final Bosu universe.
Every character, place and story, in one place. (More coming)
And for each story, notes from our team on how it was made.
