During his stay, we made sure he wore traditional Sheherwali attire (Bengali dhoti, Rajasthani kurta & a traditional hat); ate sheherwali cuisine & experienced the rich Sheherwali culture & way of life.

The typical Sheherwali breakfast includes sweets and milk. Now this is contradictory to what we know of breakfast now a days. But Sheherwali being Jain community would eat before sun down so after prolonged fasting overnight the body needs instant energy boost...
and it perfectly justifies the sweet and milk in breakfast.
The finesse in cutting of fruits is also such an art. The completely peeled oranges to finely cut muskmelon and nicely cut Grapes which are also having little sugar sprinkle.
