This is Fenn Church of Shelby County, AL. He's pleading with @alabamapower to move their lines a mere 200 yards so his farmland and home where he's retiring isn't ransacked. They've condemned his land, dozers are ready to roll, and they've ignored my efforts to intervene. WATCH👇

The Senate should stay in session continuously until the SAVE America Act is passed. Share if you agree.
After this week, the House and Senate won’t be in session at the same time again until SEPTEMBER 14 if we keep the current schedule. That’s insane. We STILL need to pass the SAVE America act and prevent Democrats from shutting down the government in October. This would NOT fly in the business world. We need to stay here until we get ALL our work done. That’s what the American people expect of us.

Why would Democrats not be able to win elections if only American citizens are allowed to vote?

🚨 Here is the full 53 minutes of my crew and I exposing New York fraud, we uncovered over $190,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters use the elderly and needy to commit fraud through adult and personal home care scams in NYC. Your tax dollars are paying for elderly Koreans and Chinese to play ping pong and do tai chi, while the fraudsters give $ kickbacks to those who enroll. Like it and share this video, the fraud must STOP. We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for fraudsters to steal from our pockets. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians. Time is up. EXPOSE IT ALL AND END THE FRAUD.

Since 2008, $15B taxpayer dollars have been invested in California High Speed Rail. There is no working track and zero passengers so far. In the same time frame $12B in private funds were invested in SpaceX pre IPO. SpaceX has 10,000 Starlink satellites serving 10 million customers and has taken 74 passengers into orbit. Politicians tell you they’ll do better with Elon’s money than he does. California shows the truth.

Must be exhausting to be for gerrymandering one week and against it the next.
Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach. The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.

Personne n'a planifié.

Committing wire fraud to send money to the KKK is an odd way to safeguard democracy, Senator.
The Trump administration is waging a vindictive campaign against the organizations that safeguard our democracy.   Weaponizing the DOJ to indict long-standing watchdogs is a message: if you defend voting rights, fight white supremacy, or protect civil rights, you’re next.   This is an assault on the institutions that make freedom real for everyone. They will not succeed.

Iran Schizophrenia Iran has to depict itself as winning to its people or it will be overthrown internally by one side or another. Hardliners want to maintain power and those who lost kids to the regime want retribution. But Iran is not winning. They are surrounded by an armada that has destroyed their leadership, its navy, nuclear facilities and has full reign in the air, losing one plane in 19,000 missions. The President did the impossible with Hamas and forced the release of all of the hostages. Nobody thought that could happen. Now he has Iran in a vice. They likely have competing factions internally with some wanting out and others wanting to double down. We may move to peace or another round of conflict. Either way it’s critical we not back down to the remnants of this evil regime and need to support the President and all the Gulf countries to see this through. This is not about a few weeks of oil prices — it’s about an end to widespread terrorism, greater stability in the Mideast and eliminating a regime that suppresses and murders its people to seek “Death to America.”

🚨 The company that literally invented Silicon Valley just packed up and LEFT California for good. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) — born in a tiny Palo Alto garage in 1939 with just $538 — has officially relocated its global headquarters to the Houston area in Texas. This isn’t just any tech company. It’s the iconic firm that defined American innovation, created the blueprint for Silicon Valley, and powered the modern digital world. Now its top executives are gone from San Jose. Governor Greg Abbott welcomed them with open arms, calling Texas the best place to do business. Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom’s office responded with a cold shrug: “Companies come and go.” No press conference. No plan. Just three dismissive words. Over 350 companies have fled California in recent years, citing sky-high taxes (13.3% top rate), crushing regulations, and insane costs. Texas has zero state income tax — saving top executives hundreds of thousands annually. The symbolism is brutal: the birthplace of Silicon Valley just rejected its own home. If even the company that started it all can’t justify staying, what does that say about the future of every business still in California?
