If anyone doesn't know it, DigitalOcean with Heroku ignores the devDependencies as the runtime env is set to production. I spent a solid 15 minutes figuring out why NextJs is not running on the app platform due to the Tailwindcss module not found error & tailwind is marked as a devDependencies in package JSON. 🤦
