🚨🎙️ Wayne Rooney on Arsenal's performances this season 🔴💣 “I have to be honest, Arsenal are enjoying one of the luckiest eras in Premier League history. They are playing some really poor football, but unfortunately for the rest of the league, nobody seems capable of putting them under serious pressure. Let's stop pretending they are playing fantastic football because what I'm watching is far from impressive. Look at their last three Premier League games. They haven't managed to score more than one goal in any of them. For a team supposedly dominating English football, that's hardly something to celebrate. They struggle to score goals, their attacking football is hardly entertaining, and I honestly question whether they can maintain this level when they come up against Europe's biggest teams. Last season, I called them one of the least convincing teams to win the Premier League, and this season, I'm seeing the same problems all over again. They seem comfortable winning games without actually convincing anybody. If I were an Arsenal supporter, I would be asking serious questions rather than celebrating every result as proof that this team is special. We all watched their performance against Hull City today. Forget the result for a moment and look at the football they actually played. Is this genuinely the best team in England? Because if that's the standard of the Premier League right now, then I think the competition has seriously dropped. The truth is, Arsenal are benefiting from a period where their rivals are simply not doing enough to challenge them. That doesn't automatically make them a great team. You cannot convince me that a side playing this kind of football is ready to dominate against the very best. For me, Hull City were the more impressive side in several aspects of that game. Arsenal got the result, but let's not confuse winning with playing well. Sometimes you have to be honest: Arsenal are getting the results, but the performances are nowhere near as impressive as their supporters want everyone to believe.”

" I was bringing in more of the money in the marriage and my ex-husband always felt disrespected. Although he is eight years older than me... but the moment we got married if I tell him, 'You dey crease,' he would say I’m disrespecting him, and then I would start wondering if it was the same person I got married to. I regret choosing love over money." — Actress Jegede

I interviewed THE UNDERTAKER 🤯 and I asked him how he got RICH! I interviewed him in Austin, Texas, at Medici Health, and I asked him if people thought he was crazy when he wanted to become a wrestler. I also asked him about the importance of the “Undertaker” brand name for his success and the best financial advice he received in his career. Lastly, I asked him about his belief in God and the best advice he’d give to the younger generation.

Justice Mubiru Orders woman who borrowed UGX 20 Million from @dfcugroup to pay UGX 165.7 Million plus Interest after presenting an imposter as her Husband and using her husband’s land title as security✍Under the strict doctrine of absolute contracts, once a party binds themselves to an absolute obligation, business losses do not discharge clear a commercial debt. ✍An acquittal in criminal case does not preclude a finding of fraud in civil proceedings, the wife knowingly presented a person she knew was not her husband as her husband, with the intent of inducing the bank ✍They were criminally prosecuted but acquitted, however, an acquittal in a criminal case, which requires proof beyond reasonable doubt, does not preclude a finding of fraud in civil proceedings, which requires only a standard higher than a balance of probabilities but lower than beyond reasonable doubt. ✍The evidentiary burden in the civil case is different and less onerous. ✍The plaintiff knowingly presented a person she knew was not her husband as her husband, with the intent of inducing the bank to extend an overdraft facility secured by land registered in her husband’s name, an act that falls squarely within the statutory and common law definitions of fraud. ✍Under the strict doctrine of absolute contracts, once a party binds themselves to an absolute obligation, subsequent supervening hardships, economic downturns, or business losses do not discharge or frustrate a clear commercial debt. ✍Frustration of commercial contracts applies only where performance becomes objectively or legally impossible, not simply harder or less profitable. Under section 66(1) of the Contracts Act, a contract is only discharged by frustration when an unforeseen external event makes performance objectively or legally impossible, or radically alters the obligation from what was contemplated. ✍The destruction of business assets is a commercial risk borne exclusively by the entrepreneur ✍ It is an elementary principle of the law of contract that a party who receives a financial facility under a valid agreement is under a strict legal obligation to repay the same. ✍The recoverability of a contractual sum as a debt hinges on its objective calculability. A formula or mechanism embedded in the agreement satisfies the objective test only if it yields a precise figure without discretionary or future third-party evaluation. ✍In claims for the recovery of a contractual sum, the general “touchstone” of a liquidated claim is whether the amount owed is capable of objective arithmetical calculation even if that may entail some measure of investigation. Avoid getting into a serious relationship with a woman you cannot lead, teach, or correct. Love and attraction are not enough to sustain a marriage. You need a woman who can listen without feeling inferior, accept correction without feeling attacked, and disagree without turning everything into a competition. A 🧵 >>>

He's right on point. Nobody cares about a man’s mental health until it turns into anger... then suddenly everybody got something to say about “what kind of man he is.” Meanwhile the whole time he’s been out here swallowing pressure, bills, heartbreak, fear, and still showing up smiling like everything’s good. Ask him if he’s straight and you’ll get the classic “yeah man I’m good” every single time... even when he ain’t. Men don’t stop talking because they don’t feel sh!t. They stop talking because they learned early that nobody really wants the real answer. That last part about flowers at the funeral? Wow. Give that man his flowers while he can still smell them. Tag a brother who needs to hear this. And be honest... when was the last time you checked on a man and actually meant it?
