But “utility” is too abstract to be meaningful.
What “utility” really means is that NFTs provide:
1. “economic value” (discounts, capital gains, etc)

But if you’re building from scratch & you’re choosing between blockchain vs not blockchain, you always choose blockchain because via decentralisation you add the benefit of preventing single actors (banks and governments) from intervening in transactions.
