Thanks to @escardio for inviting us to present Ripple AT+ as a late breaking clinical trial at #ESC2026.
Ripple Mapping-guided isthmus ablation resulted in significantly reduced arrhythmia recurrence in pts undergoing AT ablation compared to conventional LAT-guided ablation.

Yes-a really neat study from Texas team with very compelling ablation data. The Texas paeds team also used this technique with very impressive outcomes

Key difference is these studies map in sinus. Here we show slow pathway activation during AVNRT itself.
