Injury units can help with many of the injuries people go to the emergency department for. For example, broken bones, dislocations, and burns. Many are open over weekends and on bank holidays. Find your nearest injury unit and check opening hours here: bit.ly/3Tu3wFn

We attended @AmbulanceNAS Vol Recognition Awards in Galway. It was a great opportunity to catch up with local #CFRGroups and #GardaCFR, as well as meet with the Engagement Team @GardaTraffic @MayoFireService @CFRIreland #NAS #BallinaCFR #volunteersmakeadifference @daracalleary
CFR groups operate on a voluntary basis and are trained in basic life support and the use of defibrillators. They are made up of lay people with an interest in providing life-saving support in their communities. @stjohnie @orderofmaltairl @irishredcross @CFRIreland

It's great that people are not afraid to grab a public access AED. If you think you need one, grab one! 3 of our AED'S were deployed by members of the public in last few days. Thankfully none were needed. instagram.com/p/CZfMATDIAPg/…
