This morning's sourdough score. In the oven now.

Today's sourdough score. Got a bit lazy recently with the final shaping, but overall happy with the outcome.

Rather happy with how this came out. Wholemeal sourdough using a blend of strong white and strong wholegrain flour from @cotswoldflour , with a single leaf design for autumn 🍁

I might have to name this one the disappearing sourdough. Clearly a hit in the house, but not even a chance to get a picture! #ShareYourLoaves #artisanbaker #artisanbread #bakeyourownbread #davebakesbread #bread #breadbaker #breadmaking #realbread #RealBreadCampaign #sourdough

Happy starter. Ready for today's sourdough bread. I use a no discard process to reduce food waste for my starter. #ShareYourLoaves #artisanbaker #artisanbread #bakeyourownbread #davebakesbread #bread #breadbaker #breadmaking #realbread #RealBreadCampaign #sourdough

It's been a while, but I'm finally getting back to some baking. Today is just simple burger baps for tonight's dinner. Ready for second prove and then final shaping. - - - - #artisanbaker #artisanbread #davebakesbread #bread #realbread #RealBreadCampaign
