But when direct criminal allegations failed, social services was brought in as a proxy weapon to target his children, including his one-month-old breastfeeding infant, Roxana. ​When caseworkers first descended on his residence flanked by armed deputies, they possessed no search warrant, no court order, and no legal authority to breach the threshold.
