I wish we had more rail access across the US. Amtrak this weekend was a very pleasant passenger experience: 1. Boarding process is easy… You simply walk onto the train and go 2. Train stations are right in the heart of town 3. Fewer luggage restrictions…

4. Freely walk between your seat, the observation car, or cafe car food/snacks 5. Bigger seats 6. More restrooms 7. No middle seat 8. Footrests 9. Bring your own food/drink more easily 10. Sleeper cabins The list goes on…

It’s slower than air for sure… but so what? It’s 10x more comfortable, and the speed is solvable. Idk, missing the Shikansen is all :)

Frontier models are going to be a huge challenge for competitive multiplayer games with how easy they can make reverse engineering...

Today we’re launching Worker Previews. Each Git branch gets a production-like place to run, with its own code, configuration, URL, observability, and state. cfl.re/4hgSuxf

Got Jev to play tetris! This is so sick
Replying to @CompleteSkeptic
We love how this doomo doomonstrates real-time intelligence and what can be doone with code + AI! ~10 calls/sec = ~$7/hour

why does his shirt keep changing
After co-inventing ChatGPT, I kept asking myself: why have superhuman chat models not led to AGI? I’ve spent the last 2 years in stealth building a new way to train models (RLCD), and a new type of frontier AI model that we are releasing today: Jev • 20-200x faster • 40-400x cheaper (w/ output tokens free) • Frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions AFAICT the shortest path to AI-based economic revolution

Got to listen to @CompleteSkeptic answer questions about this on Discord this afternoon... this claims are bold but seem pretty promising
