This is fascism; ICE is destroying lives, locking up our family members, friends, & people standing up to power. Despite the violence, immigration bond & criminal bail still exist & allow folks to fight deportations & prosecutions from freedom. #AbolishICE, #FreeThemAll 1/3
ALT A group of people hold signs that say "Free Them All". At the forefront are two people, one with a megaphone. Their words spread through a cityscape. Birds fly free overhead.
Much thanks to Phoebe Bridgers; ticket $ for her June 4th show goes towards freeing people from ICE detention where conditions are dehumanizing, dangerous, and dire. You can also donate: secure.actblue.com/donate/im… so we can get more people free and home. #FreethemAll
JUST ANNOUNCED: Phoebe Bridgers will perform at The Garden this Thu, June 4! Ticket registration is open now through TONIGHT June 1 at 11:59PM ET. For registration access and more info, visit phoebebridgers.com

Authoritarianism is HERE, & the beast is bigger; ICE detention expanded, Nat'l Guard deployed, protestors arrested. Despite the violence, immigration bond & criminal bail still exist & allow folks to fight deportations & prosecutions from freedom. #AbolishICE, #FreeThemAll 1/3

Authoritarianism is here. Migrants, unhoused people, & protestors will be targeted immediately under the incoming administration, jailed on bail & bond they cannot pay.
You can make an impact right now by donating at bit.ly/localbailfunds so we can #FreeThemAll!

Under Biden, ICE has attempted to reposition ATD as compassionate services and is actively working to recruit non-profits to do its deportation compliance bidding. But, we see through the lies. And so can you. Put on your truth glasses! pathwaystodeportation.net/
ALT Movie poster with the title "They Lie" with dripping paint font in blue. A person with a mullet is putting on a pair of glasses on the left hand side. On the right, the image of a skeleton ICE agent, and hands holding up Immigration Customs Enforcement brochures that have been decoded with the glasses, and read "Pathways to Deportation", "We'll use you up", "Then Discard you".

Thanks to @j_simonson & @johnlegend for this timely piece - we know that attacks on community bail funds & community care are an attack on freedom. It's still #FreeThemAll
John Legend and lawyer Jocelyn Simonson condemn "a law aimed squarely at stifling democracy and dissent"
ti.me/3Ih1SzU
The solidarity & support bail funds received in 2020 contributed to so much freedom, but every year since at least 10+ states file bills trying to regulate & criminalize them as punishment. These laws exist now in NY, TX, & IN, but so many more are a constant threat. 1/3
Criminalization of community care is increasing, and ppl who are targets will have fewer options for freedom. These laws chill organizing, suppress dissent, & criminalize the very human desire to help someone who is suffering and to build a more free world. #FreeThemAll 2/3

We've all seen images of Brittany Watts in grief & pain.
We hope the photos taken today, resilient & surrounded by community, are the ones you remember her by. Photos by Sue Ogrocki via the AP apnews.com/article/miscarria…
