Be a Friend Project friend mail going out. I love that some of my students still love doing this even though it's not a class project. Every month their kindness shines. I always say, I have the best students! @bafproject

So honored to receive this certificate from Be A Friend Project! We've been participating every month since Jada. Fantastic organization doing great work. I love how we incorporate art to help bring smiles to victims of bullying. Teachers I highly recommend looking into this.

I love connecting art and my students with worthy causes they we use our art in. Art can make people so happy and this is a very worthy cause. It’s nice to be nice, as I tell my students daily. If you don’t know about this great organization yet, check them out! @bafproject
Doodle Note Friend Mail for Zachary! Sending out a batch to Be a Friend Project today! @bafproject #communityservicematters #itisnicetobenice #artmakespeoplesmile
ONE WEEK LEFT to help us replace the Friend Mail that Zachery said would “make me happy for the rest of my life.” Delivered Feb 2024, his Friend Mail was lost in an Oct. fire that tragically took his mom's life.💔

🎉In 2015, “IT’S EASY! The Friend Strong Musical” debuted. The show's middle school cast developed the Be A Friend Project with playwrights (January Akselrad and current Executive Director, Jennifer Young) and the 1st batch of Friend Mail was delivered! We are 10 years STRONG!🥳
