Discussing sexual issues is a way people perhaps prevent themselves from sinking into dark places of shame and guilt.

Glad Capt'n Max had such a cool and warm doctor in his final season on Earth - and wow, love Dr. Suzy and Max's 33rd Wedding Anniversary ambulance ride on the way - the Bonobo Way! I'd seen the pics but never the actual ride- pretty bumpy but so romantic 🥰xitter.cf/drsuzy/status/19107220…
It’s our 33rd Wedding Anniversary❣️Yes indeed, Brothers & Sisters, Lovers & Sinners… One sunny Sunday in Philly, 4/12/1992, Capt'n Max & I got married💒 & 33 years later – we’re still married💝 #GoBonobos🥳 The Goal is the Journey, as Max often says, & oh, what a journey it's been – & still is. This past year, as you may know, Capt’n Max – aka Prince @maxatnite1 #Lobkowicz #Filangieri – had a major ischemic stroke - like a bomb exploded in his brain - & oh, the pain💔... So many of our 33 married years together have been brimming with pleasure & adventure, but this past year has been literally STRUCK by pain – physical & mental – incapacitation, attacks, extortion (yep), the politics of triaged medicine, the heartbreak of aphasia, 1001 horrors, terrors & sorrows😢 but also pleasure (always pleasure) 🥰 great romance, laughter, kisses, pain management (here’s where our kink experience comes in), caretaking, hand-dancing, art (“We. Are. An. Art,” says Max), music, massage, mind-bending revelations, interdimensional communication, heartfelt appreciation, indescribable joy… & adventure, always great adventure🌄 So, though the road’s been pretty bumpy lately (okay, VERY damn bumpy!), we’re still and always on the Bonobo Way, loving each other every day. Through thick & thin, ups & downs, the agonies & the ecstasies, we are each other’s lover, partner, witness, spouse, healer, collaborator, co-host, bonobo babe, biggest fan & best of friends 💞 The specter of death, whom the ancient Greeks called Thanatos, always hovers close (too close!) to our fragile selves ☠️ Yet the spirit of Eros 💘 the breath of life, honoring desire above greed – keeps us living, loving & rolling along… at least for now… in this precious, special moment that we're so grateful to share with you 🌹 So, pop a cork tonight for 33 years of lawfully wedded love, long-term lust and pro-bonobo marriage 🍾 Hallelujah! Amen... & Awomen 🙏🏼 More: drsusanblock.com/33rd-weddin… 💐

A beautiful procession for Captain Max, and that interview that Max and Dr. Suzy did with Bettie Page live on the Dr. Susan Block Show was historic - and right down the street from Westwood Village Cemetery at the old (and long-gone) Century Wilshire Hotel. So CONNECTED ⚓️

Capt'n Max would have loved "Sitting Shivah with Shiva" - especially with all the collages, stories, prayers and songs about him 🔱 The Ballad of Capt’n Max lives in my head!

Hippocrates said, "Wherever the art of Medicine is loved, there is also a love of Humanity”⚕️ In REMEMBERING MAX (Ch. 11) drsusanblock.com/max-video ⛵️ I welcome Interventional Radiologist Dr. Armen Aghabegian (PA) of Hollywood Kaiser Hospital to our MAX to the MAXIMUS Memorial🌟 One of Capt’n Max’s favorite doctors in his last days, Dr. Armen truly embodies Hippocrates’ credo 👨🏻⚕️ And he was so touched by Max’s strong personality – despite his terrible stroke - as well as our Great Love - celebrated in an ambulance we turned into a limo on our 33rd wedding anniversary 🚑💒 that he came out to Bonoboville with Max’s favorite flowers in hand to honor my Great Love's remarkable life & death 🙌🏼 #RIPMax

40 years of Capt'n Max LiVE on "The Greatest Sexuality Show on Earth" takes center stage: drsusanblock.com/max-collage… 👀 in Max Collage 2: #DrSuzy-Tv"🎬 part of "My Beloved Max Collage Collection"👩🏼🎨 The word #collage comes from the French coller 🧩 "to glue"🖼️ & my #collages of photos from the extraordinary life of Prince Maximillian R. Leblovic #Lobkowicz di #Filangieri (11/8/2025 - 5/13/2025)⚜️ my darling husband of 33 years & friend of 40 💞are glued together with love & tears💧 Laughter too. Max made a lot of funny faces 🥸 🤡🤪 What a character he was! Max could always make me laugh – even through tears of sorrow 🥹 That's one reason Max loved producing & performing on The #DrSusanBlock Show #HBO #Vice & #FDR (#FuckDaRich) Radio (almost) every Saturday night 🎤 It was his stage as much as mine, & it let him portray his own fairytale cast of characters with corresponding hats, accents, jokes & quirks in our own version of Commedia Dell’Arte that we called Commedia Erotica 🤹🏼♂️ from Max the Butler to Capt'n Max to Mario Faccia Tosta the Italian Arms Dealer🕵🏼♂️ The show was also Max’s platform to exercise his Free Speech rights & express his opinions on sex, politics, art & culture🔱 Pr. Max was a Prince who put his life on the life for #NoKings 👑 often saying, "It's Monarchy or Anarchy," & though he preferred center-left, if he had to choose, he was an anarchist 🍄 And then there were our amazing, almost-anarchistic, #bacchanalian after-parties🍇 Max loved to party! Even more, Max loved to create the party, produce the show, host the #Speakeasy, oversee the salon, make the magic happen for everyone🪄 He sure made it happen for me, giving me the energy, love, improvisation & inspiration to put on 1000s of marvelous, mind-blowing & unique shows featuring great guests (maybe YOU?)🎪 entertaining & educating people all over the world, most of whom will never forget Capt'n Max⚓️Many thanks to our great photographers @JuxLii @AlexSaglimbeni & more who preserved those precious moments in these photos📸 so I could stick them together with digital glue +tears of grief & laughter, & then share them with you right now🤗 So, on with the show! Click the collage to see the little lazzi (scenes) of Capt’n Max on DrSuzy.Tv 😍 #RIPMax #GoBonobos #TheBonoboWay
