It’s really hurtful that some people see turbans and view that as something to be afraid of.
Sikhs wear the turban/have long hair as a way to be publicly identified as in service to others. The idea is if you see someone in a turban, you’d know you could go up and ask for help.

I'm an old Millennial with poor vision. I can't see half of the product UIs I rely on.
Designers, can you help out and please check your products for sufficient legibility and contrast? And remember to test beyond "what looks right" to you. There are tools and research.

All designers need to play at least one video game per week. The breadth and creativity of interaction patterns is staggering. Nobody understands learning curves and storytelling better than game designers, meanwhile over here we're making every website identical and bad.
