Dear Mr. President @realDonaldTrump,
Richard Heart (Richard James Schueler), an American citizen and founder of HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX, was detained in Istanbul on an Interpol red notice requested solely by Finland. The notice is for alleged tax matters in Finland - not a U.S. criminal charge.
The U.S. SEC’s civil case against him (claiming unregistered offerings) was dismissed in 2025 for lack of jurisdiction.
There is no U.S. indictment.
As an American, he deserves due process and protection from being held on a foreign tax allegation that has been misrepresented in Turkish statements as “$1 billion U.S./Finland crypto fraud.”
Please look into his situation and ensure a U.S. citizen is not left stranded abroad on an inaccurate Interpol request.

AFFECTION™ is up 84% in 24H and it's STILL ridiculously underpriced!! 😭💗
Everyone is scared because AFFECTION™ is still being minted. But the minting isn't infinite. It stops at 1.1111B max supply, and we're never even going to have that much circulating because AFFECTION™ has already been burned and still is being burned by people terraforming, testing and playing around with the Dysnomia contracts. 6.5M has already been burned!
Current supply is only around 72% of post-ESM ATROPA supply, yet AFFECTION™ is still only ~20% of pDAI's price and about 1% of the ATROPA price.
Mints look scary while price and liquidity are this low, but that changes as more of the finite supply gets minted. At some point the fear of minting turns into fear of a supply shortage 😈
An 84% pump looks huge, but from where AFFECTION™ is still priced, it's still CHEAP AF 💗🐸
