i really love di nicuolo’s art style. it falls under what ive been calling “little guy” style where everyone looks like a little guy that i feel cuteness aggression for. damion scott is another great example of little guy style

she has been played in live action by white women who weren't ginger, she has had orange, red, auburn, BLOND hair in mainline as a white woman. if you cared about babs, you'd care about her DISABILITY being erased, which is an actual integral part of her character and story

it's the people who don't give a FUCK about barbara gordon complaining about AUs and adaptations where she's black when apart from absolute she's always a black woman with red hair, and she has had different hair colors as a white person, where were the "gingercide" convos then?

Não sei se faz sentido mas gostaria de ver uma história onde a Ravena ajuda espíritos ressentidos que sofreram ao morrer a alcançar a paz, enquanto tenta não se contaminar com a escuridão do mundo violento que corrompeu seus espíritos

I just noticed the similarity between Babs' outfit in The Killing Joke and in Suicide Squad #49. Even if unintentional, this was such a power move & really symbolic. A story focused on Babs' agency & feelings using a similar outfit from when that agency was taken away from her &

“ORACLE DAY! 29/11/2026 November 29 is the day Barbara Gordon debuted in DC Comics. The character is the company’s top 3 most published female character and has a wonderful history. Unfortunately, due to ableism and misogyny, DC now erases her paraplegia and diminishes her Oracle mantle. With that in my mind, we want to dedicate the date (29/11) to celebrate Oracle and discuss the importance of the character and disability representation. We invite fans to participate in any way they can through: • Artworks • Video essays • Edits • Posts on social media • Articles • Analysis • Podcast episodes Use the hashtag #ORACLEDAY”
