Crash on I-15 at 6:30 this morning. Road was closed 7 hours. Other than blocking ramps haven’t seen any police helping with traffic. A bit strange.

Well today I did what I I thought was impossible (for me). I finished the @LTRaceSeries 100 MTB race with a time worthy of a belt buckle. Got horrible cramps at mile 45 that wouldn’t go away. 14 MPH out to twin lakes, 7 MPH in 😂. But I did it.

UPDATE FROM COLORADO: Since being deployed to Colorado late last week, our strike teams have been hard at work, moving wherever they're needed most.
On the Aspen Acres Fire, one strike team has been constructing containment lines and supporting firing operations to help strengthen the fire's edge. Another strike team was reassigned to the nearby Pole Canyon Fire after it ignited, providing immediate support on a new incident.
Their commitment hasn't stopped when the shift ends. After completing a 24-hour assignment, one engine crew came across a trailer fire while running errands in town. They immediately stopped to assist the local fire department, supplied water to another crew, and helped extinguish remaining hot spots.
There was also a special reunion along the way. While traveling between assignments, our crews were stopped by the Custer County Sheriff's Office, not for an emergency, but by a familiar face: retired CAL FIRE San Benito-Monterey Unit Assistant Chief Adrian "Butch" Washington. At 72 years old, he's still serving his community and was happy to see CAL FIRE in Colorado.

Has anyone checked on the goalie for USMNT. Based on his reactions during the game he suffered a skull fracture (from light touch to left shoulder?), and two dislocated shoulders after making a save.
