Kabar duka datang dari Desa Persada Tongra, Kecamatan Terangun, Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Seorang anak perempuan berusia 12 tahun bernama Angelina meninggal dunia setelah tertimbun material longsor saat dalam perjalanan pulang dari kebun bersama kedua orang tuanya. Peristiwa nahas itu terjadi pada Selasa (3/11/2026) sekitar pukul 17.30 WIB di kawasan Berawang Uyem, dekat Sungai Tongra. Saat hujan turun, tebing di sekitar lokasi tiba-tiba longsor dan menimpa ketiganya. Kedua orang tua korban berhasil selamat, sementara Angelina tertimbun seluruhnya dan ditemukan meninggal dunia setelah dilakukan pencarian bersama warga.
