confidential kubernetes (C8s) runs kubernetes workloads in Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs). a key piece of the magic? secure networking. this bomb from @b0xtch explains how C8s uses hardware attestations to verify every pod before it can communicate: confidential.ai/blog/c8s-net…

We wrote up how c8s secures the network inside a confidential Kubernetes cluster. Short version: a pod only gets a certificate after hardware attestation, only attested peers can connect, and certificates expire within hours. confidential.ai/blog/c8s-net…

maybe we don’t need need output tokens

Prompts became loops. Loops become fleets. Fleets need an operating system. Your laptop runs thousands of processes in the background. You only see the signals that matter. @hipocampus_ai brings that model to AI workforces. One person. One million agents.
Here’s your monthly reminder that you shouldn’t be prompting coding agents anymore. You should be designing loops that prompt your agents.

the endgame is an AI OS. just like you use your laptop with thousands of processes running, the choice will just be if you want mac or linux experience
Agent x Loop It should have been obvious 3 years ago to that putting an LLm in a loop was the endgame. I’m surprised y’all weren’t already thinking about ai coding like this Your job is not to guide a coding agent It’s to surf on the back of a bucking bronco demon alien that’s smarter than you and can work in 1000x parallel That’s an entirely different task from writing clear linear tickets or product descriptions for small features You don’t tell an agent to pick up a hammer and assemble a chair with a detailed design spec. It already knows to do that. Your new job is building onboarding documents, design direction & high level cultural values (aka decision frameworks) for a furniture factory, distribution center & business Then you simply hire Ai workers on loop to do the thing It’s very similar to the way fast food restaurants have standardized and documented practices to teach dumb unmotivated and non-sober high schoolers how to run a fully working restaurant, at the scale of millions Except instead of producing burgers or chairs you produce code & outcomes via software

Everyone thinks AI agents replace tools. They don’t. They replace the need for tools. Work is not boards or docs. It is context and execution over time. The future is humans and agents working from shared context, memory, tasks, and playbooks. That changes what a company is.

The biggest AI companies will not build better tools. They will build systems where humans and agents share context, memory, tasks, and playbooks. What starts as a knowledge base becomes task management, ops, and internal comms. Not more software. A new kind of company.
